Parking inventory of all parking on public right of way, public/private surface lots, and all public/private parking garages within the Regional Center, Fountain Square, North Mass, Broad Ripple, and Irvington areas as defined. Study shall include a summary of key findings and findings for each neighborhood area as defined. The inventory should include: o Analysis of existing parking conditions including the following: Locations of all parking areas within the neighborhood areas as defined Quantity of spaces for each location Indication of public versus private parking, and public metered vs non-metered spaces Type of parking (ex. surface, structured, parking in the Right of Way, etc.) Parking surface type (ex. concrete, asphalt, gravel, other)
