Janitorial Services Should a participating public agency need it, the offeror’s should have the ability to: A. Provide labor and provide services as required by participating public agencies; B. Work on designated days and times as required by participating public agencies (such as daily, weekly, monthly, and/or special project cleaning); C. Provide all supervision, transportation, and equipment reasonably necessary to perform the services; D. Assign a designated supervisor or team leader for each team working at a given location; E. Ensure personnel working under a resulting master agreement pass a background clearance to the satisfaction of participating public agencies; F. Ensure that all personnel visibly wear a photo identification badge and uniform provided by the offeror; G. Possess and maintain insurance that meets the needs of participating public agencies; H. Possess and maintain the proper licenses, permits, certificates as may be required by law, rules, and regulations at a proposer’s own cost during the term of a resulting master agreement and any resultant local agreements; I. Work in a variety of areas as required by participating public agencies (such as restrooms, lounges, locker rooms, offices, workrooms, utility rooms, auditoriums, board rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, etc.); J. Clean specific areas on an as needed or per project basis such as interior and exterior window washing, flooring, etc.
