Work on this project includes some new equipment and a full controls replacement at two (2) existing campuses. Work under this Section of the Specifications (239900) shall include all automatic control work specified herein and indicated on the Drawings to serve the new equipment, as well as, any control work necessary to allow the continued operation of the existing campus equipment. Work shall occur over Spring Break and Summer Break at the buildings while students and teachers are not expected to be present. Some staff may be present and Contractor shall coordinate with all campus activities. It may be necessary to provide "temporary" control work to make it possible to maintain occupancy in some areas of the campus before the permanent controls are completely installed. Include costs for and provide all such temporary control wiring and equipment installation required by the project construction operations.
