Jetter Truck Services with Operator 3.1.1.1 Flush truck shall be capable of delivering fifty-five (55) GPM at two thousand (2,000) PSI with a burst pressure of five thousand (5,000) PSI. The truck shall be equipped with a minimum of five hundred (500) feet of one (1) inch I.D. hose. 3.1.1.2 Flush truck shall be equipped with a hose footage counter. 3.1.1.3 Flush truck shall have a minimum tank capacity of one thousand (1,000) gallons. 3.1.1.4 Flush truck shall have the following three (3) heads on truck ready for different flushing needs: 3.1.1.4.1 A standard cleaning head with forward and rear thirty degree (30° jet nozzles. 3.1.1.4.2 Rotating cleaning head with forward and rear rotating jet nozzles. 3.1.1.4.3 Vibration cleaning head safe for PVC. 3.1.1.5 Flush truck shall be equipped with a lifting arm to lift and/or remove oversized grates, and/or various other types of heavy lids and objects. 3.1.1.6 Flush Truck shall be equipped with a minimum fifty (50) foot hose with handgun capable of twenty-five (25) GPM at six hundred (600) PSI for spot cleaning. The handgun shall have a minimum twelve (12) inch extension and interchangeable nozzle tips (e.g. 0°, 15°, 25° and 40°). 3.1.1.7 Flush truck shall be equipped with safety strobes visible on all sides while flushing in traffic areas. Clearance lights and reflectors shall be required in accordance with WV DOT requirements. 3.1.1.8 All Trucks and integrated equipment must be in good operable condition and readily available. All trucks must be maintained and operated in accordance with all federal and state safety laws and regulations. 3.1.1.9 Pipeline Clean Out 3.1.1.9.1 Most pipelines have manholes and/or clean-out stem pipes. The pipeline distances vary from site to site. 3.1.1.9.2 Pipeline cleanout shall be considered complete when more than ninety-five percent (95%) of the volume of the pipeline has been restored. 3.1.1.9.3 The debris that is dislodged from the pipelines must be removed and shall be disposed of in the designated areas on site...
