Description of Demolition or Associated Work All debris shall be removed from the park property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations, unless specifically noted. 1) The Contractor shall remove all wood paneling and trim on all interior and exterior walls to gain access to bare studs. Contractor shall remove all existing interior doors and door frames. 2) The Contractor shall remove all ceilings, lights, fans and all insulation in attic and in all exterior walls. 3) The Contractor shall remove all existing plumbing and electrical wires, panels, outlets and switches. 4) The Contractor shall remove all walls according to layout plans, Contractor shall remove all kitchen cabinets, countertops and dishwasher. Remove cabinets, countertops and dishwasher carefully so park can re-install. 5) The Contractor shall remove all existing flooring and subfloor. 6) The Contractor shall remove and replace any decayed or termite damaged wood throughout entire structure. 7) The Contractor shall saw cut and remove all concrete needed to install all new drain and supply lines. 8) The Contractor shall remove all existing toilets, showers and vanities. 9) The Contractor shall remove all existing wall heaters. New Work 1) Every aspect of this project shall be compliant with 2021 IBC Building Codes and all items shall be installed per manufactures recommendations. 2) The Contractor shall provide and install all new plumbing throughout residence per plans. All new supply shall be PEX, and all new drain lines shall be PVC schedule 40 pressure. New PEX supply line shall be installed in a PVC chase where it runs through concrete for easy removal in future. The Contractor shall provide and install new water shutoffs on all new bathroom sinks, toilets and kitchen sink. Shutoffs shall be installed where they are easily accessible. 3) The Contractor shall provide and install any new wood to match existing where decayed or termite damaged wood was removed. The Contractor shall provide and install new subfloor throughout entire structure, subfloor shall be level throughout residence to ensure smooth and level transitions.
