Bagged Pine shavings in 2.8 cubic feet (width) and 25 inches (length), to be portable for patrons to move; Shavings need to be very fine, almost sawdust like, so the texture absorbs waste material easier; Vender is required to keep 2 tractor trailer truck bodies at the facility during the duration of the contract period to allow for storage of bagged pine shavings. Tractor trailer bodies (left at facility) are to be switched out each time an order is placed during the contract period. Vendor will drop off a trailer and take back the empty trailer. A tractor trailer load should be approximately 1,242-1,244 bags of pine shavings. The number of tractor trailer loads needed is estimated to be 20 per year, this is our best estimate and may increase or decrease to meet the needs of our facility.
