A. Coordination, Management, and Access Contractor shall: Work with and communicate with Travaux staff regarding schedules and procedures. Provide supervision of Contractor’s workers to ensure compliance with the specifications of this Scope of Work. Provide supervision of Contractors’ workers to ensure ongoing training and safety/security measures. Report any problems or safety/security concerns to Travaux staff immediately. The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the Areas of Service and Schedule of Tasks described below. The scope of work and frequency may be adjusted as needed/warranted. In addition, special cleaning/janitorial assignments may be made as needed. The offices are secured 24/7/365. An access card will be issued to the Contractor for use during work hours.
