The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services: Routine Services: 7 days per week • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all designated areas. • Spot cleaning and stain removal. • Dust mopping and damp mopping of hard floors. • Carpet vacuuming and spot treatment. • Empty trash in designated areas. Periodic Services: • Stripping, sealing, and waxing VCT floors. • Burnishing/buffing to maintain shine and durability. • Deep cleaning and extraction of carpets. • Tile and grout cleaning. • Floor disinfecting as required by healthcare infection control standards. Special Services (as needed): • Emergency floor cleaning (e.g., spills, bodily fluids). • Post-construction cleanup. • Seasonal floor maintenance schedules.
