The City of Great Bend is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced childcare providers to operate and manage a licensed daycare center within a designated space of The Front Door, located at 1615 10th Street, Great Bend Kansas, 67530. The goal is to provide highquality, affordable, and reliable childcare services for municipal employees and local citizens. The successful proposer will be expected to: • Pay a monthly fee by the 1st of the month of $700 that includes rent and all utilities. • Provide all furniture, equipment, accessories, etc. for function of a daycare. • Design, staff, and manage a daycare program that meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and best practices. • Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all enrolled children. • Develop and implement an age-appropriate curriculum. • Provide nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with local health regulations. • Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance. • Collaborate with the City of Great Bend on any operational needs or community events. • Manage enrollment and fee collection directly with clients (families). • Submit regular reports to the City of Great Bend on enrollment, staffing, and compliance.
