The City of Minot Police Department is requesting qualification submittals for architect and engineering services to remodel a building at 515 2nd Avenue SW in Minot. The building is currently being used as the Minot Police Station and parts of the building are the former City Hall. The work will generally include a review of existing space needs analysis, conceptual building layout plans, council presentations, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil site plan drawings and specifications, cost estimating, project bidding and bid analysis, construction administration and inspection, building commissioning, and as-built drawings. Contract type for this project will be in a master service agreement format with task orders issues for each phase of the project
