Transmission shall be automatic with a minimum 6-speed with double overdrive. 3.1.8. Engine must be diesel engine with a minimum 200 horsepower (HP) and 600 lb.-ft Torque at 1600 RPM. 3.1.9. Front non-driving axle shall have a minimum capacity of 8,000 lbs. and be I-Beam type. 3.1.10. Rear single axle must be single reduction with a minimum capacity of 15,500 lbs. 3.1.11. Rear single air suspension shall have a minimum 15,500 lb. capacity and 11.13” ride height with shock absorbers. 3.1.12. Fuel tank shall have a minimum sixty-five (65) gallon and maximum seventy (70) gallon capacity. 3.1.13. Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Tank shall be a minimum sixteen and a half (16.5) gallon and maximum seventeen and a half (17.5) gallon capacity. 3.1.14. Front tire size shall be 255/70R22.5, quantity: 3 (includes spare). 3.1.15. Rear size tire shall be 255/70R22.5, quantity: 4. 3.1.16.
