SERVICE REQUIRED 1. Cyber Security Training that is compliant with Texas House Bills 3834 and 1118, meets the specifications of Government Code 2054.5191, and is a certified vendor with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). 2. Services are for all (but not limited to) employees/elected officials and volunteers of Bexar County or a maximum of 5,500. 3. The program and testing must be provided in both English and Spanish. 4. Offer or provide group training platforms; please explain this process if offered. 5. Offeror must be able to integrate with County’s Active Directory or Entra ID. 6. Offeror must have and employ a user training record management system. 7. Offeror must provide a comprehensive timeline for this training. County’s training must be complete by or before June 15, 2026 and intends to launch the training process on January 5, 2026. 8. Dedicated contact person for Bexar County cyber security training.
