Cleaning services are expected to be performed between 6–8 hours per week on a set schedule mutually agreed upon by the contractor and the City. Required Services Include: 4 Bathrooms (twice weekly minimum): Clean and disinfect toilets (6), urinals (2), 5 sinks, mirrors, and fixtures Refill soap, paper towels, and toilet paper (supplies provided by City) Sweep and mop floors Floors (weekly): Vacuum carpets and rugs throughout the facility Sweep and mop all hard flooring and common areas Surfaces (weekly): Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, railings, doorknobs) Dust furniture, ledges, and common area surfaces Remove trash and recycling (twice weekly minimum) from all rooms and place in designated disposal areas Optional / As-Needed Services (priced separately): Window cleaning Carpet deep cleaning specialty floor care 3. Requirements Contractor will provide all labor. City will supply cleaning supplies, equipment (vacuum, brooms, mop and bucket, floor cleaner), consumable products (paper goods, soaps, trash liners). Contractor must be properly insured and provide proof of liability and workers’ compensation coverage.
