The clearing and removal, as specified in this bid package, shall be in accordance with all terms and provisions specified herein. The timber sale area is within the WHM SNA property located in Pulaski County, Kentucky. The boundary area contains approximately 104.2 acres. The successful bidder can remove timber & timber debris or dress and seed areas within the cutting boundary after March 31; however, NO trees are to be cut or damaged under penalty of Federal Law. The successful bidder will have the option to remove any size or species of downed timber and tree debris from the storm damaged area located on WHM SNA. No live, standing tree shall be cut or damaged with the exception of trees posing potential harm to those involved in the removal of tree stems and associated organic matter. All boundary trees are to be left standing and unharmed.
