The work includes the heavy power washing and complete three stage epoxy recoating of the interior of the station, all metallic surfaces, primarily aluminum – will be cleaned, some areas of spalling concrete will be repaired, access ladder to be removed, cleaned and reinstalled with new stainless steel bolts and fasteners, removal of existing access hatch and replacement of air tight access hatch, removal and disposal of the interior fan and humidifier, installation of a new fan (mounted on the exterior) with a new electrical connection to the existing interior lighting and the new fan and air piping located at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority’s River Road Meter Station 6, located on Alexander Road, Princeton, NJ 08540.
