The contractor must be available to perform the following services on an on-call basis. Costs are to be provided in Exhibit A- Proposal Form (Excel Worksheet). o Provide a quick response, on-call cleanup event. This service could include the cleanup of bodily fluids like urine, vomit, and/or feces, but it could also be for help with a flooded carpet or another cleanup. This could be for a restroom, courtroom, office, or hallway. o Provide a cost per square foot for as-needed upholstery cleaning. This service is for cleaning upholstery, including basic chairs or fabric-covered walls. o Provide a cost per chair for as-needed upholstery cleaning. o Provide a cost per square foot for As-Needed carpet cleaning. This could result from a spill, an area not normally cleaned under the Contract, or a high-traffic area that needs additional cleaning. This would apply to any facility covered under this Contract.
