Longview ISD is looking for qualified contractors to provide and install new digital display boards and updated scoreboards in the Coliseum at the High School Campus. • Provide 30 feet of new scorers tables. Include safety padding, wheels for easy maneuverability, digital display, computer for controls, built in possession arrow, black vinyl protective cover • Provide 30 feet of wall mounted digital display opposite of the scorers table: Include safety padding, wiring back to computer for controls, black vinyl protective cover • Provide 4- 12’ x 7’ digital display boards replacing the center hung existing scoreboard. Include all necessary trim kits, provide controls systems with remotes all connectors and accessories for basic operations, provide additional advertising software as required, provide engineered drawing for new center hung system, include typical graphics o Provide alternate pricing for chain or cable hoist system for easier maintenance • Provide 2- 30’ x 4’ Wall mounted Ribbon Display boards replacing the existing wall mounted scoreboards. Include all necessary trim kits, provide controls systems and all necessary wiring for basic operations, provide additional advertising software as required, include typical graphics • Provide 2 digital shot clocks and backboard light kits for existing removable/portable basketball goals.
