The selected consultant may be expected to perform the following tasks: 1. Assess existing economic conditions and recommend strategies. 2. Identify and pursue economic development opportunities aligned with the organization’s goals. 3. Support the development of marketing materials and outreach materials. 4. Provide assistance on the creation of incentive programs. 5. Assist in development of short and long-term economic development plans. 6. Recommend economic development policies and best practices. 7. Conduct market feasibility studies (i.e. retail, commercial)
