Remove metal roofing. II. Remove 1”x4” wood purlins from roof. III. Remove and replace eave trim. IV. Remove and replace gable trim. V. Remove and replace drip edge. VI. Remove and replace closure strips. VII. Remove and replace flashing around flue and vent pipes. VIII. Remove felt paper/screws/nails from roof taking roof down to wood decking. IX. Install synthetic roof underlayment on entire building and ice and water barrier around eaves and valleys of building. Minimum specifications attached. X. Install 1”x4” mechanically attached purlins in same location as removed purlins. XI. Install No. 1 grade 28 gauge metal. XII. Remove and replace gutters and downspouts. XIII. Match existing roof panel and trim. XIV. Butyl Tape or equivalent sealant on all laps, joints and seams. XV.
