1. Removal and disposal of an existing Ballasted Roofing System at the WTP COAG Pump Station Roof to include all insulation, flashing, vapor barrier, metal edge, fascia, and all necessary appurtenances as shown in the Specifications, Bidding Documents, Roof Drawings and as directed by the City Engineer. Existing Lightning Protection System to be removed and reinstalled. All possible efforts will be taken by the successful bidder to keep debris from going into the basin and river. No Asbestos Containing Material was found. See attached Asbestos Survey Reports. Note: The successful bidder will need to supply their own port-a-jon for any restroom services. 2. Furnish and Install a New fully adhered .060 unreinforced fire-retardant EPDM Roofing System at the WTP COAG Pump Station Roof to include Tapered Insulation, Flashing, Vapor Barrier, Metal Edge, Fascia, 2 Each New Roof Drains, 1 Each New Roof Vent, and all necessary appurtenances as shown in the Specifications, Bidding Documents, Roof Drawings and as directed by the City Engineer. 3. ADD Alternate #1 30 Year Roof Warranty. In lieu of Base Bid 20 Year Roofing Warranty per Single-Ply EPDM Roof Replacement Specification Page 4, Section 1.06 A and 1.06 B, provide a 30 Year Total System Warranty for labor and materials to cover roof membrane, roof insulation, and accessories, and a 30 Year Warranty against material failure on the EPDM membrane.
