The contractor shall provide a comprehensive site survey (must include an installation quote) of each location specified at time of order. The contractor must obtain state approval of satellite equipment placement prior to installation. The contractor shall provide the following equipment and installation needed for the LEO satellite commercial internet services, which at a minimum shall include: Antenna or satellite dish, including base. Power supply to meet electrical and grounding requirements. Proper Cabling to include extra as needed for rural or remote locations that may require extended cabling If prevailing wage is applicable to the services requested, exterior mount to include, pole/tower, wall, roof, mobile/vehicle and other installation options. The site survey pricing plans shall include equipment in the monthly subscription price, if requested by the requesting state agency. Must be able to provide Spare equipment (dish, modem, etc.) when requested. The contractor shall provide the following support for the LEO satellite commercial internet services herein. At a minimum, the contractor must guarantee and document 80% bandwidth availability 24/7. The contractor must provide the state agency with remedies for failure to adhere to this requirement. The remedies must be in the form of a credit on the state's next monthly bill. The contractor must provide on-site support with a maximum 24-hour response time at no additional charge in the event of an outage.
