The Contractor agreesto furnish allservices, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and anything else necessary for scheduled and on-call Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) repair services for all specified homes managed by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community “SRPMIC”. A list of homes and locations is provided in this solicitation. The contractor shall perform the following described Work in the strict compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documentslisted in this solicitation, local building authorities and the Residential Services Manager/Supervisor. Contractor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all payroll taxes, insurance, benefits, temporary power, business license and insurance. Contractor shall perform his work in a diligent and workmanship-like manner causing no delays or interference with the work of others.
