Refurbish and service work is related to the Steuler SCR Urea dosing system. This scope includes all necessary maintenance work needed to be completed to make the system functional regarding the urea dosing for the SCR portion of the emissions control equipment. Labor to Remove and replace the following urea service components: • Dosing lance air check valve • Open SCR, remove/replace/re-seal catalyst blocks, • Re-seal door, and close SCR up with new hardware. • Replace insulation on both sides of the SCR at the flange and the compensator. • Remove/replace/reseal CO catalyst. • Service Urea system – replace urea • filter, pulsation damper, check valves, urea pump diaphragm and valves, • urea flow meter, and the dosing lance air cap and liquid insert. Run and • tune engine and SCR load table. • Dosing lance liquid and air nozzles • Urea pulsation damper • Dosing lance gasket • Urea filter element • Air regulator filter element • Urea pump diaphragm • Urea pump check valves; Materials for Urea dosing system repair parts to include but not limited to: • Filter element 578, • Pulsation damper, • Check Valve 1/2", • Gasket Inox, • Filter element 4F, • Kit membrane & valve, • Gasket C4400, • Air Cap, • Dual nozzle Schlick 943, • Counter nut, • Flowmeter, • Lance plug.
