The County plans to use one vendor (Contractor) to print all container labels for the Environmental Resources Department in 2026 and 2027. Labels will be requested in varying sizes and amounts. The design will be standard (Attachment # Price Table). The sticker labels will be used indoors and outdoors on various container types but usually on durable plastic material. The County is seeking quotes for durable labels that meet these conditions: • Durable labels that can be removed if necessary (typically for indoors on smooth, durable plastic material). • Durable labels with strong UV protectant and adhesive that can withstand various weather conditions (e.g., precipitation, humidity) (typically for outdoor containers and/or containers with rough and bumpy texture). • Labels ordered in large quantities must be able to be packaged with quantities written on grouping (e.g., 50, 100, 200). • Optional: The County is committed to waste and toxicity reduction. Quotes that include innovative ways the vendor plans to reduce waste and increase reuse under this contract (e.g., label packaging, reusable shipping materials) or reduce toxicity (e.g., sustainable inks, low toxicity or VOC adhesives) without compromising quality or label warranty will be evaluated more favorably
