Within two (2) weeks after holding the consultation and outreach meeting, the awarded Applicant shall incorporate the discussion and results from the meeting into a list of updates and revisions to HAR Chapter 11-29. The list shall include information about what existing sections should be revised, what existing sections should be removed, what existing sections should remain unamended, what new sections should be added, and include basic justifications or explanations for each revision, removal, or addition. The awarded Applicant shall distribute the list of updates to FDB and FDB’s Deputy Attorney General for review. One (1) week after distributing the list, the awarded Applicant shall hold a meeting with FDB and FDB’s Deputy Attorney General to discuss the list and solicit feedback. During this meeting, the awarded Applicant shall also present to FDB a list of comparable states identified to accomplish the comparative analysis, described below. The awarded Applicant shall address and/or incorporate all feedback from the meeting into a revised list of updates and revisions and distribute the revised list to FDB and FDB’s Deputy Attorney General within one (1) week of the meeting for final review and approval.
