Line Number 1: Cooling Tower 1 (Permalite CCT Model 246-7B ) (4 Cells, 4 Fans) - Drain Tower. Clean ceramic media. Clean all surfaces and basins. Clean all spray distribution nozzles. Properly dispose of any debris collected from the cleaning process. Inspect towers and make note of any tower repairs needed. Includes fan blades/guards, bracing, cracks, leaks, motor wiring, basin heaters, spray nozzles. Start up tower and check proper operations and flow. Provide report including before and after pictures. Line Number 2: Cooling Tower 1-E (Marley Model NC8407SASISGF) (1 Cell, 1 Fan) - Drain Tower. Clean Media. Clean all surfaces and basins. Remove and low pressure wash the drift eliminators and heat exchange media. Low pressure wash the interior of each cell, cold-water collection system and sump. Remove all debris and sediment.
