A. The work will be completed under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Contact the Gopher State One Call Agency to notify them of work on the Phyllis Voosen WMA site located approximately 1.5-miles southwest of the City of Vesta, in Redwood County, MN. 2. Submit the NPDES SDS Stormwater Construction Permit to the MPCA. 3. Provide erosion controls in accordance with the SWPPP. 4. Provide a backhoe for exploratory excavations to locate an acceptable clay borrow area on site. 5. Remove existing tiles lying beneath/serving the proposed impoundment wetland. 6. Reroute existing public tiles to daylight above the proposed new wetland. 7. Provide excavation and grading equipment capable of relocating borrow clay to the embankment area. 8. Provide a water control structure to establish the normal water level for the proposed newly constructed wetland. 9. Construct new aggregate surfacing where the new tiles cross 300th Street and the private driveway. 10. Provide seeding and mulch to meet NPDES permitting requirements. 11. Submit a Notice of Termination of the NPDES SDS permit. 12. Remove temporary erosion controls after the turf has been reestablished.
