The City of Long Branch, on behalf of the Long Branch Planning Board, will receive qualifications from attorneys to provide legal services as Planning Board Conflict Attorney for the calendar year 2026. Respondent will provide services as Conflict attorney for the Board (in cases where the Board Attorney is unable to represent the Board due to a conflict of interest) in accordance with the terms thereof. Services may include, but are not limited to, attendance at regular and special Planning Board Meetings, review of applications before the Board, preparation of resolutions for action by the Board, preparation of professional service contracts, legal research and advice on particular projects before the board or on other matters as requested and required by the Board, and any other legal services deemed to be associated with the position as Conflict Board Attorney.
