1. All work shall be in accordance with this scope of work, submittals or any substitutions approved by CCPRC, manufacturer data pages and the bid provided by contractor. 2. The Contractor shall maintain a safe and clean work area. The worksite shall be secured and cleaned up daily (paint, debris, equipment, etc.) 3. The Contractor shall protect the surrounding area. 4. The contractor is responsible for leaving disturbed areas as naturally as possible when the project is complete. 5. The Contractor is responsible for determining what permits are required for this scope of work and paying for and obtaining those permits in accordance with local ordinances. 6. The contractor shall follow all applicable city, county, state and federal codes and regulations. 7. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring completed project meets or exceeds all standards and specifications in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and the 2010 Standards for Accessible Design. 8. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. 9. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining and verifying all measurements. 10. The Contractor shall • Replace 446 linear feet of 2'x6'x8' deck boards and 10' x 20' platform with composite lumber • Replace 187 linear feet of 2'x6'x6' pressure treated grade-1lumber • Replace and raise all 4x4 foot rails/edge protection (approx 400’) 1.5 inches above deck maintaining ADA compliance • Use 3.5" stainless steel Torx or compatible deck screws submerged 1/4" below surface. • Excavate sand away from substructure where needed
