-Scope Activities Phase 1: Planning and Discovery • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis workshops • Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed solution • Finalize project plan, schedule, and milestones Phase 2: System Design and Configuration • Configure Hansen CIS (or equivalent) per approved requirements • Develop customizations, integrations, and reports • Design user interfaces, dashboards, and custom fields Phase 3: Integration • Define and build integrations with internal systems (e.g., Finance, HR) and external partners (e.g., payment vendors) • Develop data migration strategy and scripts Phase 4: Data Migration • Execute test and final data migrations • Validate and reconcile data Phase 5: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Collaborate on UAT plan and test scripts • Execute UAT to confirm system functionality Phase 6: Training and Change Management • Develop training materials and conduct role-specific sessions • Execute change management plan Phase 7: Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support • Support cutover and go-live activities • Provide post-go-live support and bug fixes • Establish ongoing technical support process
