Upstate is requesting proposals from qualified contractors (“Contractor” or “Bidder”) for the provision of an Applicant Tracking System Solution, which is described in this RFP, with intent of awarding a contract (“Contract” or “Resulting Agreement”) to the Bidder providing the best value (as defined in Section 2(C) to Upstate. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to review, select and implement a solution that will provide Upstate with a state of the art, user-friendly system for Applicant Tracking. Please only respond with an Applicant Tracking System solution described in this RFP. Bidders are to come up with a solution and the all-inclusive pricing for the solution is to include the solution along with any required modules to meet the scope of work requested for an Applicant Tracking System solution. Upstate can only contract for the solution that meets this RFP’s scope of services and is priced on Attachment 10- Price Sheet and cannot contract for services outside the scope of this RFP.
