Redevelopment Engineer shall be knowledgeable in all areas of New Jersey Redevelopment Law, Planning and Zoning Law for areas in need of redevelopment, possess an expertise in the formation, promulgation, and execution of areas in need of redevelopment studies, redevelopment studies, and provide the required background in all such areas. All proposals should set forth the applicant’s qualifications in these areas. Additionally, Redevelopment Engineer may work in conjunction with any and all Redevelopers, including Master and Sub-Redevelopers, work with other Township Professionals and Redevelopers for the purpose of preparing Site Plans and other land use materials in areas in need of redevelopment. Redevelopment Engineer must also possess and demonstrate qualifications for the purpose of conducting site inspections in areas in need of redevelopment.
