The City of Saint Paul Fire Department (SPFD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide, deliver, and support advanced cardiac monitor/defibrillator systems. The goal of this project is to modernize SPFD’s existing LIFEPACK devices with next-generation technology that enhances clinical performance, data integration, and patient outcomes. SPFD provides pre-hospital emergency medical services throughout the City of Saint Paul and surrounding areas. The current equipment fleet is nearing end of service life, prompting the need for upgraded systems that improve reliability, interoperability, and compliance with American Heart Association (AHA) standards. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals, evaluate qualified respondents through a fair and competitive process, and select the vendor that offers the best value to the City of Saint Paul.
