Oil Sample Analysis - Fuel Sample Analysis. Coolant Sample Analysis - Battery Replacement. Air Filter Replacement - Insulation Resistance Testing. Diesel Fuel Polishing. Remote Monitoring, etc. (monthly or as needed). Major and Minor services, and all requested services. The major annual PM to be done in July 2026, unless requested otherwise by ADFS. This cost includes a one-time installation charge for the monitoring system, and the basic level one year monitoring. The annual PM checklist should be emailed to the Laboratory Director (william.lee@adfs.alabama.gov) shortly after the PM is complete. Inspection - Basic onsite monthly inspections of the unit (monthly or as needed). In addition, the supplier is responsible for coming on-site within 24hrs to inspect and diagnose the generator if it does not start up on the weekly start-up test. Please include a line-item cost per trip charge/diagnosis of the generator in the event that the generator does not start up on the weekly test. This price should include the trip/diagnosis per visit as well as being on-site within 24hrs after the generator fails to start. An additional quote will be given after diagnosis to fix/repair any issue.
