The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and manpower to adequately perform the work of this contract, which follow. Contractor shall demolish and remove existing metal railings and chain-link fence and posts from a concrete structure and install new decorative metallic-coated steel tubular picket fence, one new pedestrian gate and barbed wire as shown on the figures. The new fence includes approximately 386 lineal feet of new components – roughly 347 lineal feet of 6- foot-high ornamental steel fence complete with posts set in 12” diameter concrete bases and another 39 lineal feet of 6-foot-high ornamental steel gates to include (2) double swing gates and (2) single pedestrian gate. Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and services to complete work in accordance with this statement of work. Work includes proper disposal or recycling of all debris generated.
