For the Health Department, Municipal Clerk’s Office Building Department, Code Enforcement, Fire Prevention, Administration Department and Tax Department of the Town of Guttenberg, computer software programs that would enable and facilitate the following: The services include but are not limited to, the issuance of pet licensing and miscellaneous receipts, software that will be utilized for Health Department inspections, software that will facilitate the issuance of bingo raffle licenses, liquor licenses, miscellaneous receipts and mercantile licenses. Software is needed for the Clerk’s indexing, the acceptance and filing of citizen’s complaints and Open Public Record Act requests, the filing of all appointments to all of the various Municipal Boards of the Town of Guttenberg and the filing and tracking of landlord/tenant information and rent control documentation. Software to assist the Building Department for land use records and municipal code enforcement documentation.
