The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a complete, end-to-end solution for 39-50 vehicles, including but not limited to: • Software Platform: Cloud-based routing and collection management software. • AI Capabilities: Integrated AI for real-time collection verification and operational insights. • Hardware: In-cab devices for GPS trackers, and multi-camera video recording systems. • Installation: Initial installation of all hardware and software components on existing fleet vehicles and office systems. • Ongoing Installation: Process and cost for installation on new vehicles acquired after the initial deployment. • Training: Comprehensive training for administrative staff, dispatchers, and drivers. • Support & Maintenance: Ongoing technical support, software updates, and hardware maintenance. • Reporting & Analytics: Robust reporting and analytical tools for operational performance.
