The Library Services department will be purchasing an eBook and digital audiobook platform to support pre-K-12 students and teachers in supplemental reading that supports choice, independent reading, and the school curriculum. All proposed eBook and audiobook platforms must meet the following: * Provide opportunities of online engagement and read aloud; * Cloud Based Hosting; * Authenticate via EZProxy; * Content should be discoverable in a shared system between schools and public library * The platform and content should be engaging and geared to use of pre-K-12 students; * Provide accessibility features (compliant with Section 508) * Provide age-appropriate, high-quality content from a wide variety of publishers across numerous genres for all interest and reading levels * Titles should be available in multiple languages. English and Spanish required, Arabic, Kurdish, Swahili preferred.
