The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) seeks to establish a five-year contract with a qualified vendor to provide a full-line catalog of laboratory and technical-grade chemicals used in support of operations at the Cohen Campbell Fisheries Center. The selected vendor shall provide responsive delivery (within 48 hours of order when required), access to a wide catalog of chemical products, and a pricing structure based on a fixed % markup from a published catalog price list. Deliverables Full-Line Catalog of Chemicals and Reagents The awarded vendor must offer a full-line catalog of chemical supplies, including but not limited to: Water chemistry reagents Treatment and disinfection agents pH buffers and neutralizers Alkalinity and hardness adjusters Cleaning and descaling agents Specialty and diagnostic-grade chemicals The vendor must maintain sufficient inventory to meet time-sensitive ordering needs. While a minimum product list is provided, it is expected that the vendor will support a broad range of chemicals beyond those listed. Minimum Chemical Requirements The following list represents chemicals frequently used by Cohen Campbell Fisheries Center. Vendor must demonstrate their ability to supply these and related products: Sodium hydroxide pellets (ACS grade) Citric acid, anhydrous Calcium carbonate Sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate (ACS grade) Potassium hydroxide Potassium chloride Boric acid MOPS (3-(N-morpholino)propanesulfonic acid) Sodium bicarbonate Hydrogen peroxide (35% concentration)
