All labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, training, and supervision for the installation of all components of the Pedestrian Crossing Replacement project as shown in the plans and specifications, generally including: 1. Prepare required submittals and attend required meetings with the Owner and regulatory agencies as required by permits for the project. 2. Mobilize to the site. 3. Implement temporary site controls including traffic controls, marine environmental/ water quality controls and temporary erosion and sediment controls (TESC). 4. Demolish, clear and grub site, and perform site grading as required for new site civil, structural/architectural, landscaping and utilities work. 5. Furnish and install new concrete and asphalt pavement surfaces.
