The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide Paratransit Operations & Management Services for its demand-response service programs including the Federally mandated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complementary paratransit service and PVTA’s Senior Service (Dial-A-Ride) program in all the twenty-four (24) PVTA member communities, for a period commencing July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The Contractor selected for award through this Request for Proposals (RFP) will also assist PVTA in piloting fixed-routes and providing micro-transit services as needed. The specifics of the system to be managed, and other documents relevant to this Request for Proposals (RFP), are set forth in the RFP documents.
