Contractor shall include the cost to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for a complete restoration of the fountain base façade and at Unity Point Park as outlined in this RFQ document. Remove and reinstall 20-18”x36” precast concrete caps. Replace 4-2”x24” precast concrete façade panels. Remove and reattach 15-2”x24” precast concrete façade panels. Replace 1-8”x8”x12” precast concert fence post pedestal. Concrete pedestal shall have 1” chamfer corners to match existing. Remove and reinstall 1 ornamental aluminum 6’ wide fence section. Provide and install 2 new 6’ wide ornamental aluminum fence sections. Provide and install a new Altivar 630 Variable Speed Drive: Model ATV630U75M3 or similar upon prior bid approval. o Contractor shall submit substitution prior to bidding. Approved substitutions shall be made valid through issued addendum.
