1st Quarter-Burnish waxed floor to remove scratches and scrape edges of floors to remove dirt and prevent wax buildup. Apply additional wax as necessary and buff to maintain high gloss finish on all vinyl composite tile (VCT) and deep clean grout on tile floors and epoxy coated surfaces. 2nd Quarter- Strip floors completely, wax and buff to maintain high gloss finish on all vinyl composite tile (VCT). Wax all VCT and deep clean grout on tile floors and epoxy coated surfaces. 3rd Quarter- Repeat 1st quarter 4th Quarter- Repeat 2nd quarter Additional requirements: 1. This includes moving of furniture (sofas, beds, desks, dressers and tables) in common areas and dorm rooms to service floor. Moving furniture back to its original position when the work is completed. 2. Wax quality must be 25% or greater solid 3. Contractor must be able to secure Ft. Jackson Federal visitor passes for each worker.
