5.1. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifica�ons set forth in overhaul and repair manuals. 5.2. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, parts, and materials for inspec�ons, repairs, upgrades, replacements, and maintenance of Aus�n Energy air compressor systems, including but not limited to the following components: 5.2.1. Main Driver 5.2.2. Gearing 5.2.3. Compressor (Airend) 5.2.4. Lubrica�on System 5.2.5. Control System 5.2.6. Seal System 5.2.7. Coupling 5.3. The Contractor shall provide OEM parts or Aus�n Energy approved equivalents for all repairs and replacements. 5.4. The Contractor shall perform preven�ve maintenance on a frequency basis (e.g., quarterly, semi-annua and annually) or on an hour-based maintenance schedule, replacing worn components as required
