The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to invite qualified contractors to submit bids to provide FURNISH & INSTALL HVAC FILTERS AT VARIOUS BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS These services shall include, but are not limited to, (AHU), (RTU), (VRF) systems shall be replaced two (2) times a year, and for (UV) systems shall be replaced four (4) times a year. BPS is seeking a regular hourly rate from an established contractor to FURNISH & INSTALL HVAC FILTERS with a municipality of a public school system in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The contractor’s designated on-site supervisor(s) shall demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience and expertise in providing filter work with a municipality or public school system in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. B. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and transportation necessary to provide the contract services.
