Robeson Community College is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional lawn, landscaping and grounds maintenance consisting of, but not limited to, labor, supervision, equipment and supplies as specified herein for Robeson Community College main campus and the following locations: Comtech Campus and adjoining property, Emergency Services Training Center, Green Grove School, Southern States CDL Driving Pad and Robeson Community College Baseball/Softball field. Robeson Community College’s locations include: Robeson Community College (approx. 35 acres) - 5160 Fayetteville Road Lumberton, NC 28360 Comtech Campus and adjoining property (approx. 10 acres) - 124 Livermore Drive Pembroke, NC 28372 Emergency Services Training Center (approx. 4 acres) - 5825 North Carolina Highway 72 Lumberton, NC 28360 Green Grove School (approx. 5 acres) - 1850 School Road Fairmont, NC 28340 Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract.
