The RFP applicant must have, and provide access to, an existing transfer pricing analysis database platform. The database must be comprised of the areas listed below. 1. General. The transfer pricing database should perform the following functions and include the following features: 1) Access to an online database of global royalty rates and license agreements 2) Access to company financials database with global publicly traded company financials 3) Customized financial ratios and profit indicators to include gross margin, gross markup, rate of return, operating margin, operating markup, etc. 4) Online calculations of interquartile ranges, royalty rates, management fees, purchasing fees, and profit margins consistent with federal transfer pricing regulatory methodologies. 5) Ability to provide profit benchmarking reporting. 6) Ability to save and archive searches and results. 7) Accept/Reject matrix for comparability analysis. 8) Regression analysis of comparable profit indicators. 9) Data analysis tools for tests of reasonableness. 10)Ability to generate and export reports and exhibits necessary for explaining transfer pricing adjustments to taxpayers. 11)Ability to securely exchange data necessary to conduct and review transfer pricing analysis. 12) Use appropriate security technologies, including security technologies sufficient to provide for the confidentiality of the information stored or transmitted. 13)Provide customer support services necessary in the utilization of the database by ALDOR personnel...
