Services will include, but are not limited to: A. Provide General Engineering Consulting Assistance. From time to time, there may miscellaneous permit related issues where the Township may request assistance, and other topics that are undefined at this time. The proposer will assist the Township's Sewer Department with any general consulting engineering assistance that may be requested, which is presently undefined. B. Provide general advice related to daily operations of 3.1 mgd water pollution control plant. C. Provide general advice related to sanitary services, including, but are not limited to various pump stations. D. Provide general advice related to NJDEP Permit. E. Upon request from the Township, Engineer may be required to provide technical review of inter local agreements with neighboring municipalities as well as commercial discharges. F. Provide Township Planning Services when necessary if needed; G. Attend regular, special and emergency meetings of the Township of Berkeley Heights, if required; H. Attend all other meetings and bid related conferences that the Township of Berkeley Heights, its Council Members, its Administrator or other authorized person deems necessary; I. Prepare and/or review of reports, permits, applications and bid documents as requested by the Township of Berkeley Heights, its Council Members, its Administrator or other authorized person; and J. Review of all correspondence referred by the Township of Berkeley Heights, its Council Members, its Administrator or other authorized person and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Township of Berkeley Heights, if requested. K. Interact with applicable Township personnel and other governmental agencies, as required. L. Provide a range of other specialized engineering services which may be needed by a Township government client.
