The Town of Harrison in the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, is a Class 1 municipality seeking proposals from authorized (per the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, Department of Community Affairs) agencies for plan review and onsite inspection services. The contract will be for a One (1) year term for the following sub-codes: ➢ Elevator – One (1) HHS, Sub-Code Official/Inspector The contract shall require minimum fulltime staffing of Sub-Code Official and Inspector positions. All Sub-Code Official and Inspectors are required to possess an HHS license in their respective sub-code. Also, all Sub-Codes and Inspectors must be approved by the Town of Harrison Construction Official, who shall have the authority to determine that the sub-code officials/inspectors are able to effectively enforce the sub-code for which the bid is submitted
