The In Toto Price Bid shall include, but is not limited to, the following: a. Precast-prestressed concrete bridge beams containing a calcium nitrite based corrosion inhibitor admixture (to be added to the concrete mix at a rate of 5.0 gallons/cy). b. Necessary bearing pads, anchor dowels, transverse tendons and hardware, compressive seals, and bridge rail anchorage inserts and hardware; all as specified on the attached drawing(s). All hardware shall be galvanized or electroplated. c. Design calculations prepared in accordance with the AASHTO Standard or LRFD Specifications for Highway Bridges (current editions). However, regardless of which design specifications are used, NYSDOT currently requires that the load ratings be submitted per the Standard Specifications.
